Lithograph 2010
In my latest body of work I have used a lithographic process to transfer photographs of 1950’s risqué girls and 1920's tattooed circus performers onto my thrown forms. I then use ceramic inks to tint the images and lay in colour and detail, contrasting functional form with evocative imagery.
